Kyra is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) dedicated to helping individuals build confidence in their bodies through personalised, evidence-based exercise. She takes a holistic, client-centred approach – meeting clients where they are at while creating a supportive, results-driven environment where they feel understood, empowered, and motivated to improve function, independence, and confidence.

She has experience working across cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, and musculoskeletal conditions, with a growing focus on neurological rehabilitation. Kyra has supported individuals with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, acquired brain injury, and functional neurological disorder, with a strong interest in movement, proprioception, and task-specific training to enhance long-term outcomes.

Graduated from the University of Southern Queensland in 2025. Kyra has since completed Level 2 Neuroplasticity Training in Parkinson’s Disease through PD Warrior and is currently undertaking a postgraduate diploma in neuroscience and mental health through the University of Sunshine Coast. She is committed to ongoing professional development and integrating the latest evidence into her practice.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kyra in the gym developing her powerlifting, out 4WDing, or enjoying the outdoors with her partner and two dogs.
