We now offer a range of 1:1 exercise and strengthening programs, group exercise classes and 1:1 specialty training for more complex conditions.

We currently offer classes in:

  • Hydrotherapy
  • Clinical Pilates
  • Neurological rehabilitation (e.g. Parkinson’s or Stroke)
  • Pulmonary rehabilitation

Most of these exercise programs are claimable under Private Health Funds, Department of Veteran Affairs and Type 2 Diabetes Referral. There are other possible sources of funding to help with the cost of these programs. These can be discussed with our friendly reception staff to see what is relevant to your situation.

Our classes are overseen by our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists, experts in exercise prescription and delivery. Some of our classes are also run by our Allied Health Assistants under the guidance of our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists.
